Aisha excels at providing real-time to patrons on the floor at MGM Springfield and the 24/7 LiveChat and GamLine. As a Training Specialist, she is also responsible for ensuring GameSense best practices, leading trainings to casino employees, clinicians, and community professionals. 

Hailing from southeastern Connecticut, she previously was a table games dealer at Foxwoods Resort Casino. Outside of MACGH, you might find her cooking, listening to a true crime podcast, or spending time with her family.
